- 7 days NOTICE for schedule change
- NO REFUND on DEPOSITE
DEPOSITE are NON-REFUNADABLE in all cases and the following will result in forfeiture os your depoaite for future appointment:
- less than 24 hours notice of cancellation os reschedule
- Re-Schedule more than 3 times
- arriving to your appointment sunburt, ill, under the influence of drug or alcohol, hung over or otherwise unable to be tattooed.
- no call/no show less than 24 hours
